If the discomfort is in the areas you mentioned, you can experiment with natural remedies to reduce inflammation, but you must keep moving. You must not allow inactivity to cause your joints to swell, even though it could be the worst case scenario you can think of right now.

A little walk and some light stretching, if you're up for it, might be beneficial. Potential remedies include applying heat gels to the sore areas and seeing a chiropractor.

It depends on the kind of pain. Whether physical or emotional, either of it, best thing is to reach out, instead of bottling it up. If physical then see a doctor, if emotional then see phycologists. Better to find solution than to die in silence.

Pain, no matter the type is not what I would wish for my worst enemy. I mean not fully understand the degree to which you feel this pain, but I've read storage of people who suffer from chronic pain. I to myself have experienced some sort of acute pain which usually goes away after a couple of days. Right now, I can only speak about the acute pain I have felt in the past and what I did to ease the pain.I suggest using /348mBs]Pregabalin to reduce the pain.
Sometime in the past I used to have terrible headaches. I didn't know why but after some introspection I came to the conclusion that it was as a result of lifestyle changes. For example, I stayed too long at my computer screen, I barely got up to 5 hours of rest, I was drinking so much alcohol and less water and a whole lot of other things I didn't take fruit I ate more of junks. To ease the pain, I scheduled a regular time for going to bed, I've started taking more fruit instead of alcohol, I bought a blue screen for my laptop and tried to spend less time staring at the computer screen. I mean I only used it if I wanted to do an important work. Within a couple of days, the headache subsided, and I felt better.
Relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, yoga or progressive muscle relaxation can help reduce stress and pain. Supporting loved ones, participating in support groups, or seeking help from a psychologist or therapist can help with the emotional aspects of chronic pain. It is important to remember that each person is unique, and methods of coping with chronic pain may be different. It is recommended that you see a medical professional for individualized guidance and appropriate treatment.

I am one of many who seems to have chronic pain. I refuse to take painkillers because of what they can do to my body.
I am basically stuck using ice and heat. I don't have a bathtub so I don't have the option to use things like Epsom salt.
My pain is in my lower back, shoulders, and neck.

What do you do to handle pain?

I have also a lot of pain in my back (I have scoliosis, and actually I'm on wheelchair since 2006 after surgery's fail) Since I started to work in gym, I feel more comfortable and with less pain.. Thats my tip.. But chronical pain is probably something different. So sorry for u, but I wish u all the best! especially health, thats the most important thing Smiley

Listen to me. I am an exploration diver and my brother is a SEAL. Myself broke both ankles twice, 3l and 1r knees surgery, broken right hip, 2r shoulder rebuilds and 1 left. I can run 10 miles and swim one before breakfast and still throw weights and ladies on the daily. My brother more or less the same. I am 50 he is 46.

We both live mostly pain free (aside from pain of an activity but who cares).

YOGA YOGA YOGA for the body and mind.

and when you done with yoga do more yoga.

Swimming is also another great activity.

Honestly your pain sounds more like stress than any injury, just say'n

I'm sorry you're dealing with chronic pain. Since you avoid painkillers and don't have a bathtub, you could try creams, self-massage, and specific exercises. Get advice from professionals for your lower back, shoulders, and neck pain.

It's just best to seek medical professionals when the pain is too much. With all of these DIY pain removal creams, etc, they may help temporarily but it might be back eventually.

That's why whoever has a lot of suffering and feeling lots of pain, you go immediate with a seek help from a professional that handles these matters before it gets worse.
