This is a lesson many newbie learnt at the beginning and I think it is a good lesson for them. I could remember when I just joined bounty all on my mind was sell when ever I receive token but on the long run I get to know that I would have made more if I had waited a little longer. I agree with you that we need to believe in our coins, but to develop and make a profit this is not enough, and we need to be able to analyze the market and choose the right coins or which ICO projects to invest in.

You can take lesson more from your experience what have you do so far on crypto, you have learn more to make great and true action for the next time when tou take to buy or sell your bitcoin. maybe if you are still keep your bitcoin or your token more little time maybe you can take profit more.
