I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake)

You didn't lose 80k but you just missed the opportunity to have the 80k. Know the difference. And yes. I think not holding for a long time or not holding until the coin really become profitable is a big mistake.

A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

I think you need to be more patient and wait for the right price to sell the coins. But in fact you lose nothing because you don't have the coins when the price is high. So you lose nothing. Next time be more patient, you will have the money.

Your not the only one, too many did this mistake including myself.  Lesson learn, we should not listen to people spreading FUD. I  know we are surrounded by negativity , so persistence is the key.

You have to get things right when you are talking about loss in crypto market. Its possible to say that you lose your money if you were unable to get back your capital but if you get back your capital then you didn't lose anything. For the sake of clarity its not the best thing to say you lost your profit because you already have your capital with you.

We can't see into the future. I for my part held on through the January bear market, because I was expecting an earlier recovery going down to 25% of my ATH. So what? I think this is normal, but not all currencies are like this. You make the wrong choice because you haven't understood the cryptocurrency you hold. You want to avoid the same thing happening later. You should be more. Pay attention to observe and analyze the tokens you hold!

All of us one way or the other has experienced that, sometimes the other way around you did not sell your coins but the price dip and you are on a losing end, the best way is to move on and do not contemplate on your lost, this is normal and no one among us is perfect and trade without losing.

Look at price chart of ZCL now - it was just pump. And nobody knew that it will pump in early January. Anyway if he hold it will be more profitable even now but there are many stories of coins that were dead after pump. In that case holding sucks

You can't dwell on what could have been. Surely that's no different from every one here claiming they could have been millionaires If they bought into bitcoin from day one.
Hard lesson learned but it could off easily went the other way and made a massive loss.

I made the same mistake on siacoin, I could have made $12k. I bought siacoin in bittrex and few days later it went down from the price i bought it, I was angry and sold off at a lost then after a week, siacoin went up so high. I can't stop regretting the mistake.
