It appears the server is suffering from a DDOS attack.. Looking into it now.

Message from host: "Your server has been the target of an attack from the Internet. As a result this has placed a considerable strain on network resources and consequently a segment of our network has been very adversely affected. Your server has therefore been deactivated as a precautionary measure." DDOS kiddies

Don't you think you should have paid for cloudflare if you are going to be hosting an online freaking wallet?

Point taken - Didn't think it would get DDOS attacked on day one though.

I appreciate the tip however $200 per month for DDOS protection for what is essentially a free service is a bit of a killer.. And from what I read around the place Cloudflare will certainly help but is not really a total solution for stopping DDOS attacks, if the attacks persist they just shut you down or tell you to go to the next subscription level $3000 / month

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time. Request a signed message if you are associating with anyone claiming to be me.

Litevault is a great option https://www.litevault.netRan by myself, similar to Blockchain.info in that we store NO coins on the server, we only store an encrypted copy of your wallet, all transactions are built in your browser, not on our server, and of course you stay in complete control of your private keys, and can export to JSON format at any time.

As said before don't store a lot online, if you must can use btc-e to store your LTC and then send from them to wherever or whatever, they have a fee to withdrawal but it's like pennies, just an option to think about.

i'm using https://block.io/i'm using it for awhile and i'm comfortable with it, no pending, no lag, and it's instant and secure and from my day since now, it made a lot progress in speed and server limitations, so i'm using this wallet for now

Look for a safe where data gets in their browser or encrypted on the server, has possession of priv key in your PC and make sure he's safe. Also choose a wallet for unique currency, Multi Online Wallets are more centralized authorities https://litecoin.info/Category:Services#Wallet_services
