Bitcoin websites are way too dependent on cloudflare.
What? "Bitcoin websites?" You mean random independent 3rd party companies, which just so happen to offer Bitcoin-related services.
For a currency that aims to be decentralized this is way too much centralization.
The websites you mentioned (or any website for that matter) are
not at all involved in or necessary for this currency whatsoever. Payments, mining, wallets, transaction verification, i.e. all the essentials are 100% decentralized. Those random websites you mentioned have nothing to do with the Bitcoin system itself.
However, if you are too exchange-minded (not necessary for normal Bitcoin usage at all, but for argument's sake) then the conclusion must be that the Euro and Dollar are too cloudflare-dependent.
