I am not the organizer of this contest (I am just participant of this community) so I can't make an escrow, but if it is needed, I will try to reach out the owners of this website and talk to them. As I know cryptoncy.net belongs to a company with good reputation, and before when I got rewards for comments there were no any problems with payments.

1) If bitcointalk forum members want escrow - we are open to any escrow solutions
2) Prize is 300$ but if we will like some other posts we actually will make some prizes for 2nd and 3rd places.
