Electricity price around the globe. In which part of the world I should mine? And how easy or difficulty is to send my mining’s rigs there?

I want to create this post to compare around the globe the best places to mine.

Hmmmm... something is off about that chart.

  6.6 EUR = 8.2 USD

  At USD$0.082 per kWh, the cost to mine a Bitcoin with Bitmain's S9  (14TH/s @1375W) assuming you had enough of them to mine one Bitcoin in a day (you would need ~817 of them) would be

 Prices are much lower in Quebec, Canada where residential customers using less than 1000kWh per month pay only CA $0.057 per kWhr plus CA $0.4064 daily fee.  If you go over that limit the cost for the extra is CA $0.0892 (for comparison, CA $0.0892 = US $0.07) which means you can produce a Bitcoin for US $1886 (plus the US $0.325 daily or about US $265.5 total assuming you run 1 miner) in Quebec, Canada; cheaper than most locations on the map.
