same error, no love here.

'invalid url or credentials'

not working for me.
lotterytickets.exe -server

same error with solo.bat, invalid creds or URL. u and p the same in conf and solo.bat flies

can we solo mine yet> I am getting invalid credentials or URL error in gpu miner.
or I need to add 192.168.x.x in addition to 127.0.0.1:9332?

Use the .conf posted, change the username\password. Add your username\password to the solo.bat file. Run the wallet as a server, lauch the solo.bat file. Works fine for me, except for getting blocks that is.

--server

Your .bat doesn't match your .conf exactly

so IFC for cpus with super random blocks?

My negative trust rating is reflective of a personal vendetta by someone on default trust.

thankyou for the coins much appreciated ... is it normal to be hitting  400 rejected blocks and 2 accepted that just vanish?

Put lotterytickets.conf in c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\lotterytickets

The conf file should contain the text from the original post.

Re-launch lotterytickets.exe

THEN launch the solo.bat file

You will be using the lotterytickets-qt client to listen as a server and the TIXMINER.exe will connect to it (on localhost 127.0.0.1).  You will use the hash power of the GPU, yet have the qt client do the connection with the rest of the network.

Here's hoping someone is staying up all night to set up a mining pool.  Smiley

any idea how much bandwidth a pool on a server would use?

Many have.  I hit a 500k block earlier tonight.  I know some guys with multimillion coin balances at this point.  We have traded coin back and forth to see how fast the transactions/confirmations hit.  FASTEST I've experienced.

PS -- I actually hit the block CPU mining in the qt client.

Actually, at the risk of sounding like a shill, I was there at release and due to the low starting difficulty, blocks were being found at the rate of like 3-5 per second (and they're still damn fast). Pretty sure this is why it's so far into the blockchain already. Try it for yourself and see how quickly the blocks are found. The rejects / orphan rate is pretty nutty but if it does stabilize at the target block length, I imagine that will subside.

That's it. Just low difficulty. Transactions are INSTANTLY confirmed

wow, almost feels nostalgic. so the "low difficulty forever, best ping gets all"-scam does still work! just like in good old chinacoin days (and the scamcoins in the weeks after).

Except I don't live in China, it was no premine with a fair release, and I even did the work of linking the GPU miner in the OP for you. Where's the scam?

Yes, today. I hope you enjoy and get lucky  Smiley

The rest is good - but the difficulty adjustment doesn't really work and you don't need to be in China to have the best ping by a long shot.

26000 blocks are what, 9 days of mining? after 3 hours?

I am not entirely sure -- but ONE of my boxes (Windows 7) doing solo mining, is using 60-90Kbps average of network bandwidth.

We had 15 nodes set up for launch in North America and 5 in Europe. They are all still up. None in China. It's only a few hours old, give it time to readjust diff and raise the nFactor. It will perform much like copper bars

Use the GPU miner if possible
