Using this miner I can only get 150.

I'll update checkpoint today. No need for update your client it'll be a hotfix on the network. Until then you can just ignore it. Its only a cosmetic issue nothing affects functionality

That sounds about right. Its scrypt jane not normal scrypt which is why cgminer will never work. Meant to be mined with CPU. The GPU mining still works but due to factor shifts your hashrate will be lower than normal due to how blocks are found. Whatever number you see with tix miner is equivalent to your scrypt hashrate on normal scrypt

I have one R9 280x, and I only can put intensity 11.
With I11 I use only 16kh of hashpower.
With more intensity, I have only HWs.

But this GPU can runs 650 kh in other cryptocurrencies!!!

Could you help me? I wish mine with all my Gpu power.

It's Scrypt-Jane, not normal Scrypt. Hashrates will be much lower than on Scrypt coins. As far as what your individual card should get, that I'm not sure of. It's not just you, everyone is low. CPU mining is very profitable too with CPR
