How to earn merit? I dont understand how to make a merit here in bitcointalk, can someone help me or idea to have a merit in bitcointalk, i hope  can anyone help me for my concern, thanks

You can get merit by making good and useful posts and gift it to other when you think they made a good post. Afraid of buying merit from other people. Selling sMerit prohibited and punishable, most often the painting your trust rank in RED. I think purchase also not approved, but how it will be punished isnt yet known. SMerit transfer from one of your account to another (it's multiaccounting) is also punishable. What be in the future for trying to get benefit from your sMerit -- UNKNOWN.

Merit is too hard to get specially if your not contributing on the forum or making high quality post. Just do your job on the campaign that you participated,  thinking of how to get merits will only give you headache.

Actually merits are designed to improve the quality of the forum, and not for the improvement of earnings from promoting sponsors that you don't use.

Instead of thinking you are posting for merit just think you are posting constructively. I know it's going to be hard for many lower ranked people and newbies to attain higher ranks now but if yous persevere people will give merit where it is due.
Just remember to spend your smerit too and spread the merit where you think is deserved too.

It's simple but need time. Writing constructive, creative, high-quality posts, then you will get merits sooner or later. The most important things is be helpful in the forum to help others solve their problems, or at least give them hints, links for more details, etc. Furthermore, merits will be given for high quality posts, but it's also a game of probability. Therefore, you should not pay too much attention on merits, just keep being helpful, you will get merits in the future for sure. Don't worry about merit points.

This reminds me of the advice people give about falling in love. They say if you are looking for it you will never find it, but if you stop looking for it you will find it.  Just continue to be helpful and create quality posts and someday merits will find you and when you finally get those merits send them to other quality posters  Cheesy

The problem is how to start a significant reply or thread since almost all the subjects had already discussed?

you can earn merit by posting constuctively and relevant to the topics. other members of this forum may notice you if your post is really helpful, useful and knowledgable to the topic. so i advice you to do some research first before posting. do not focus to the merit itself but focus to the knowledge you are sharing with other members.

As I think about this question... You can earn merit by doing these following things..

1  Don't think about earn merit just do your job..
2  Do research before posting anything on the forum.
3  if you have good knowledge of the forum subject then your post quality is also good.
4  for making good quality posts you have to read and research on the blockchain technology, btc, Bitcointalk forum etc..
5  after doing all this things just give your best for the forum.. Always be helpful for others. Follow the rules and regulations of the forum..

If you doing that way then other members give you merit for your post too...
In one statement I can say..
The more you doing efforts for your post quality the more you get merit...

Thanks dude, great advice for all of us, most like me. More power! God speed!

For your interest, please read the thread
In fact, it is not hard as you imagine. You should spend several minutes to look at profile of following user and it's posts, which is an excellent case for you to learn.
To be honest, I am really impressed with what he/she is done. Most of his/her posts are high-quality, really constructive, and extremely useful.

To earn merits, you actually have to embrace the community and learn from it. Become part of the community. Ask the right questions and read up on multiple posts. Take note of the ranks of authors and look at how they post and take note of the content they write. Here you have to put in work. This is not going to be as easy as a creating a popular Myspace page or garnering likes on Facebook or Twitter. So get ready to work and spend some quality time here and be active. Then can you watch your merits increase, increase, increase! Kiss

I know that for us to get merit from forum members, our post should be informative, high/good quality, creative and also giving links for more information may be helpful, our post should not be out of topic. It's really hard to earn merit if you are just copying your post. So don't copy paste your post.

The awards introduced a very interesting. they should improve the quality of the forum.
They can improve the quality of messages.
but also they hamper the development of the beginners forum to participate in the companies(.
Constructive no accurate data about obtaining them. They were automatically credited to the higher members.
