In Europe, we tend to be more stressed at work and it has negative impacts on our personnal life. You have more and more persons who are in burn out, for some of them, suicide is the solution.
Our lifestyle is not getting better because of the work, it's one of the cause of the high rate of suicide

Suicide cases are increasing because of different reasons,in my country bullying in person and in social media  is one cause of suicide,depression and personal problems are also the cause of many suicide cases.

I think one of the main reasons why suicide cases keep on rising is because of the social medias cause most of the post there is a dream to others but can't get it so people now a days specially millennials keep on comparing them selves to others. I am surprised. Because I have heard that in Europe they have a more balanced work-life culture, which gives adequate time for the family. If you compare the work culture in Europe to that in countries such as Japan and South Korea, you will realize how much better is the one in Europe.

No. I disagree with you not self steem is the reason why the cases of suicidal increase. Actually if we go back from the past, we  will found out that suicide is only had a small percentage. Until the time of social media come in in the lives of the new generation then the suicide percentage increase. Before life is more on activities physically more active the body. While in social media influence the generation can access easily to click whatever they want to watch. They have more time on social media than physical activities.
