I think suiside cases are increasing because we let weakness go through our system. It is just mind over matter, what we think is what we feel. If we let too much negative emotions to rule our lives, depression and stress will just develop into more uncertain things. It is better to look at the bright side of life and we must always keep in mind that our life is a gift to enjoy.

I dont know who but someone was saying about that depression is the desease of 21. Century. I think although there so many ways of communicating with other people through social medias there is no enough feelings there is talking with someone in person. People felts unwanted and lonely and it brings depression which leads to suicides.

Our society has been heavily influenced by standards and not being able to meet them means that you are not beautiful or that you are odd/weird. Yesterday, I heard the news about a tragic suicide from one of my friends in Sikkim. A 32-year old lady, who was addicted to drugs ended her life, after being regularly forced by her husband (another drug addict) to sleep with strangers. Drug addiction is increasingly contributing to the suicide issue in India.

Well, let's start with the obvious fact that in these easy going times, people tend not adapt quickly enough to overcome challenges. There is a generation where people just hand it to them therefore they become weak and yes whinny. Next, in this day and time with talent shows left and right. Yes suicide case increase than we can imagine, so scary right, I cannot imagine how they can suicide. But as we know many people cannot accept because of situation economic crisis so because cannot survive of these situation. More country still facing economic crisis too long, maybe almost more than 2 years. But we can try to calm down because these situation will passing away by the times. Try too balancing our routine jobs with vacation with family or friends, so will calm down our stress in job or economic crisis. Beside those we can try keep positive our mind, like find out what is our hobby. Maybe in music, maybe in watching movies, go vacation, etc.
