There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

These things CAN be dangerous, and yes they want you to forget about the trial and let your card be charged. And some even more unscrupulous sites will make it hard as crap to cancel... hey just ask any AOL customer.

If you want to be safe, use a 1 time use CC or a prepaid CC.. I prefer the former, some banks let you do one time use internet CC cards.. paypal will let you do one time  use internet cc card.

Sign up with it.. and then cancel the card soon after. Then if you forget to cancel your service, no charges will be made to you and they get a rejection notice when they try.

edit.. apparently paypal discontinued this service. A prepaid card should work nicely, just spend it before the month is up.

mooo for rent
