I agree. Bitcoin just bulled and it is now close to the resistance line where before it has dropped real hard. There is a chance that if you buy now the same thing will happen. So it is much safer to buy at a dip.

Yes, we also cannot see the fact that ICO projects since 2018 have started a lot of scams but the openings are nothing good but they do need proper analysis, but at this time maybe because many new systems have grown so that ICOs are no longer heard of even though there are still some who do.
