There are 1614 cryptocurrencies as of today (source: coinmarketcap). Which will make its mark?

It's strange that you think that bitcoin can lose its leading position in the crypto currency market. It seems to me that there are no prerequisites for this.

The market is highly unpredictable, we don't know which will pump high or which don't. Everything happens with time depending upon different factors such as the trading volume, adoption, regular usage associated with it. Next is the uniqueness it has got in development marking it to be highly potential than other cryptocurrencies available in the market.

The ones that allow regular people like you and I to make passive incomes will be huge. Look at Bitconnect. Everyone loved it because they could make money for doing nothing. Imagine if that were a legitimate business... it would be massive.

this year the etherium can become a leader. on capitalization, he will beat the beatcoin. because this technology has a real application
There are many predictions like this happen, but just a prediction. What i see is bitcoin still remain as the biggest coin that dominates the market. Almost unbeatable

Bitcoin is today the dominant crypto currency. But this situation can completely change. With the passage of time, today's leaders of the Crypto can yield their positions to other stronger and more advanced ones.
In my opinion, Bitcoin Cash and Ripple can be seen as the next evolutionary stage in improving the characteristics of crypto currencies.

I think that the leader will be forever bitcoin, but the top coins will definitely change, but here they will show only time and technological progress.

And why are you asking about this? Do you have news that bitcoin has started to give up its positions? I do not think that this will be so, because now it seems to me that the most original and most productive coin in the market is bitcoin, I am sure that it will not have competitors for many more years, because this is our future and with its help we will pay in the further

As of now Bitcoin is the crypto currency leader and i don't believe that it can be overtaken by any other altcoins and if it will ever happen that will be ethereum in my opinion.

There are a lot of coins that can become leaders in the market. I have my confidence on NEO, LTC and PRG.

Coins with great projects and potential. I believe that next leaders would be amongst TAU, TRX, XRP and DRGN. These coins are working on some great projects and their teams are working well on it.

Yes, it's true that there are 1614 cryptocurrencies out there as of today. But if any currency is going to be the next leader in the market. There's no doubt. It's gonna be etherum. Bitcoin is the leader and etherum is the second in the whole world.

Not every coin in the market does really have the potential to grow in the future but if the developers behind the coin will focus on improving the platform then there is no doubt that their coin might grow into a huge amount.

Ethereum. Although I think Bitcoin cannot lose the leading position in the cryptocurrency market in the short term. If it is lost, Ethereum I think is most likely to replace it.
