I got a client who wants to purchase 22-25BTC for Cash or Wire transfer.  (in the US - Atlanta)

No one in Atlanta currently serving this amount of BTC...

I would be very satisfied with 1% of the total transaction for the deal done.

We can also use Localbitcoins for Escrow if possible.
