Not the entire market but some of the coins. For now, since bitcoin is like the center of all cryptocurrency, all the whales need to do is to manipulate the bitcoin price. They can spread FUD if they want to because they control the media and they can spread good news if they want to increase its price. In effect, bitcoin price would make rapid price movement wherein majority of the altcoins are affected so it is like manipulating the market as a whole as well. The crypto market is still somehow dependent on the bitcoin price. There are big players in the market that just entered the crypto market which is expected to be a whale as well but then I think they wouldn't trade in exchanges but will do OTC so that price wouldn't be that much affected.

It is actually happening right now you will notice that in the market where in the price of the coins suddenly went up without any normal reason. Even there is manipulation in the market; you can still reap benefits by carefully studying the pattern of those coins. You just need to become more creative.

Very easy, whales, bots, etc can change prices, fake news can cause panic and there is no halted trading by any central authority. Pump and dumps are perfectly legal in crypto.

Only the users such as: miners investors traders can make a motion to Bitcoin price value everyday no one else except it. because since it was build this Digital Currency the Black Chain Market are always transform with its value of the Price daily since 2009 until now. it is automatically calculated in every seconds how much the volume people who invest in bitcoin then it will make  a new additional value and it will totally decreased if many people are stop to their daily investment.

Yes it is possible but i think that it is now becoming difficult, because the use of crytpo currencies is increasing which is also increase the price of crypto currencies, i think that in future  it will even become impossible that even big whales will not be able to use to manipulate any single crypto currency.
