They gave me negative trust, and they thought I was impostor. I didn't do anything. When I created the user name, I didn't know about DannyHamilton. Because I am a newer, he is a legend. So they thought I was an impostor.
I was very angry about it. Who can restore my trust.I don't know what to do now.

What a coincidence ? You literally used the same word, same spacing and same letter case while choosing that username only changing the last alphabet from "n" to "m" so people might just not notice. When hilariousandco started that thread,I couldn't notice the difference between to two names until he pointed out the "m".This was a smart move to scam, steal as pretending to be the real Danny.
Go away, you deserve the negative trust.

BCT is a strange place.
You can lie, cheat and steal with impunity, but when you pretend to be a dearly loved Country singer, you're asking for trouble.

The fact that you're claiming you didn't know the original DannyHamilton is quite unbelievable and makes you look very untrustworthy. I would have had more sympathy if you had just said you were inspired by his name or something and I didn't know whether you had innocent or nefarious intentions or not but now I'm more inclined to believe the latter.

Not strange at all. You may call it "The Bitcointalk Tribunal of Inquisition." When the status quo is challenged by changing times, the leaders become paranoid and suspicious.

They don't care about scammers, only what they perceive to be a threat to the old ways of the forum when it was virtually just a niche. Remember the worst tyrannical organizations in history always do it for God and country (and forum). Nothing changes.

Your only option is creating another account that isn't almost identical to someone that's already in this community especially someone has trusted and renowned as DannyHamilton. That's your only option, it doesn't mean people will trust you even if you did that, but users aren't going to be removing the trust on this account your using now because of the potential to use Danny's name and trick people into thinking you are him.

I noticed your account a couple of weeks ago when I saw you were the most recent poster in a thread, hoping to get to read the insight of Danny. At that time, I reviewed your posts and I don't think you are trying to impersonate nor disparage DannyHamilton.

With that being said, your username is very similar to someone who has very high trust and reputation, and there is the potential for someone to mistake you for him, which could cause a third party to give undeserved trust in you. You should ask Cyrus to change your username, and if he is unable/unwilling to help you, then you should create a new account.

Cyrus likely doesn't have the time for changing the account name, and I'm not sure if that's even done anymore. It would be better to just make an account than to contact cyrus as he's got more important responsibilities to take care of. If you want to be transparent and post your newly registered accounts username here, then I'm sure the community would appreciate that. I do find it hard to believe that the account username is so similar and you have no idea who he is.

I am really sorry for what the moderators may have done to you. Unfortunately one can really fall into these blacklisting measures as the moderators really put a lot of effort into weeding out those bogus, duplicate, or spammer accounts. What I can suggest to you however is to once again report to the moderators your side of story and maybe just maybe they will revoke blacklisting your account. Or worst comes to worst you must make another account and start cleanly.

Nobody can do anything about it, except for the 3 people who gave you negative trust.

I would recommend asking theymos nicely to change your username so that you are able to get away from the stereotype of being an imposter of the real DannyHamilton. While there are definitely public figures named Danny Hamilton or even you may be named Danny Hamilton, the fact that you changed the "n" at the end to an "m" is extremely suspicious, and since people have done these types of imposter scams before, DT members usually tag them on first sight.

No guarantees about theymos changing your name or your account's negative trust being removed(since they are supposed to act as a caution to other people) though, so if you really want to use the forum, and none of the options I introduced work, then just create a new account without sounding like an imposter of a trusted existing user.

He would be better just forgetting this account and abandoning it rather than try attempt to get the name changed which probably wont happen. Besides, many of those who left him feedback will still think the person behind the account is shady for even attempting this and a name change doesn't change that so they won't change the feedback either.

Except this idiot didn't choose Danny Hamilton as his userid, did he?  Nope, he chose DannyHamiltom, and how many people do you know with that name?  Right, zero.  Add that to the fact that scammers have pulled tricks like this very often in the past, and you arrive at the conclusion that OP hasn't got a leg to stand on.
