There is no late word for that,  just being update for the btc price and that was what newbie need to know about btc. I'm not saying that I'm so pro at that,  I just had some experience which is really love to share and I hope it will help.

I think not yet. Cryptos are volatile and unpredictable. Low today tomorrow may be high. Dumps and dips now and then. What's important is you are ready and prepared to embrace cryptoworld and start to be part of the new technology and the changes that it brings to the future. No one is late in this technology. Start to research on what altcoins  are best to invest with.

You are not late, actually I buy a little while ago. The perfect timing to buy is now because the value of Bitcoin is low I think you must buy many Bitcoin now. The value of Bitcoin will grow in the middle of third and fourth quarter of the year as I observed last few years in the Bitcoin growth. I started investing last year which I regret immediately because the value of Bitcoin is kept on increasing directly proportional to the time. Timing is everything just put your extra money in Bitcoin and let it grow find the perfect time to sell it to convert it to a real cash. Also because you are a beginner I approach that you invest in to a legitimate mining sites the money you will invest will be back to you and will have a passive income while you are doing nothing. Whoever bought bitcoins on dip when it was 6000k and sold it for 11500K doubled his money, and whoever bought in for 1000$ last year or for 350$ in 2016. and sold it for 20K i am sure they made lots of money.

are you really interested in bitcoin as a new technology and a decentralized currency? then yes. it is a good time to buy bitcoin and learn more about it. start with a small amount and try things out, learn what bitcoin wallets are and try to find what is most suitable to your needs.
look where you can spend bitcoin to buy stuff online or offline. see if it is beneficial for you to do that.
then in the end there is also the profit that bitcoin's price rise will give you as a secondary benefit.
