do you want to buy bitcoin and become rich over night? then no it is not a good time, never is a good time for that because bitcoin will not make you rich.

are you really interested in bitcoin as a new technology and a decentralized currency? then yes. it is a good time to buy bitcoin and learn more about it. start with a small amount and try things out, learn what bitcoin wallets are and try to find what is most suitable to your needs.
look where you can spend bitcoin to buy stuff online or offline. see if it is beneficial for you to do that.
then in the end there is also the profit that bitcoin's price rise will give you as a secondary benefit.

Many people are interested to join and involve in Bitcoin because of it's technology and decentralized system used. Besides that Btc can be used as digital asset.That means we can buy today and then hold them for several months waiting for higher price. For me it's not a good time to buy bitcoin because bitcoin price is high as of now but if you are not afraid of losing money, risk on investing ang believe that bitcoin will continue to rise its value. But it is never too late to invest.

Its good to buy bitcoin but for me best time to buy bitcoin is if the price is low because it is just like investing you bought bitcoin at low price and then sell it at high price.

You are not late, today is still in early phase of bitcoin adoption. You are lucky to be a part of the future earlier. Go ahead buy bitcoin, then hold it. But I suggest you to wait until bitcoin price drop again. Although this is so difficult to do but just keep try.

Yes I definately agree with you, the market is always unstable if bitcoin is dropping now so as the past years and then it surge again. This is how bitcoin trading it is very unpredictable and volatile. So if your planning to invest now go ahead a do so!  The to be able to survive and with this we must be equipped with the proper knowledge and guts.
