It is never late to buy. As a beginner,  try to learn bitcoin, how it works , it's benefits and risk.After that you may start trading or investing using small amount of your money first. Later you can invest more if you have enjoyed it and got profit from this investment.

Yeah it is still good to buy for now while the price is low. It is not too late also to learn crypto currenciens its a matter of self willingness to learn. There are many ways on how to learn fast on bitcoins and on how to earn with it its only a fucos, time and effort in order for a person to know more and start earning with bitcoins.
