If with regards to investment, this is just the right time but if for this forum I think it is too late because of the merit system that had just beed applied recently which makes it difficult for new comers to rank up on this forum. In my own opinion, I think it is not that late for a beginner to start bitcoining because there are still a lot of opportunities you can get to earn a huge amount of money or to have a good income. the right time to buy bitcoin at a time when bitcoin prices are low, and sell at high price times, with it we can get bigger profits
