In my opinion, the concept of the project is too common which is providing a high volume crypto payment and trading platform. There are already so many well-established platforms available and this project according to me does not has anything new to offer. Overall the project does not offer anything new which is a downside and if I had to decide to invest in this project, I wouldn't.

If you actually had been following you'd know why it has been delayed. Short answer: They were waiting for an approval from Financial Market Authority. This was communicated very openly.

There is no official telegram group/s as of yet. Plenty of unofficial ones though. So if you get in one, keep that in mind and take everything shared with a grain of salt.

I find that the reward structure is balanced. There's a use case, which is pretty rare. I am waiting to hear more about the team. I started mining it from the beginning. They started the bounty campaign and I think if they can create a community, it could be a success.

At launch, 1 NEX is worth $1 USD. The maximum contribution in the first ICO round is $1,000. There is no minimum contribution for this ICO, however if you are planning to send NEO you must contribute a minimum of 1 as it is not a divisible token. Participants may only contribute once per ICO round. For example, if you contribute $700 you cannot contribute another $300 in a separate contribution in the same round.

After contributing with NEO, GAS, or both NEO and GAS combined your NEX tokens will appear in your wallet after 1 block on the network. Strange ICO ! In the first round I filed kyc and passed..the second round was falling and already a failure!! moreover in the first round of the refusal was after the second!
