Possibly huge investors. But for me, I got tired of reading them because after all those jargons and promises that they have told you on those papers, the outcome is the complete opposite. Their product is not as amazing as they have describe before.

It is difficult to read whitepaper of each project and compare them, I am reading only those projects which are most interesting for me. Better t go to rating platforms and look at their rates and short descriptions. I am looking at rates on icoguide.com they are not paid and are more or less real.

after you read you will understand the purpose of the project and you must read more white papers to find the project you want to invest. because after you read the White paper you can understand and analyze the project to be invested

indeed reading whitepaper is an important thing especially for participants in ico, whether it is investing or participating in bounty and airdrop, because in the whitepaper there is important information about the ico project, but it cannot be denied that not many read whitepaper first before participating in ico because the writing is too much to be lazy to read it. but actually reading the whitepaper makes it even easier for us to determine whether good or not an ico project is.
