I am of the ideological belief that taxation is theft, so I am providing this service which allows people to skip capital gains tax altogether.

If you live in a country where citizens are charged tax regardless of location (such as the US) then do not use this service, as it will be a FELONY and is known as TAX FRAUD. This service is only for citizens of countries that allow this to take place.

If you have crypto to liquidate, I will do it for you. This can be done safely (we can use an escrow) and it will be at any price point that you please. Afterwards, I will send your funds back to you (via PayPal, TransferWise, Western Union, etc.) and you can claim it as a gift, income, etc. on your records, if need be.

This works for me because I live in a country where there is no capital gains tax.

Fee: 25% of your tax savings

(aka if you save $10,000 altogether, I will charge $2,500 for this service)

You say you want people to stop paying tax on cryptocurrency, but on the other side you offer your service with fee of 25% which is in most cases more than people would pay if they just cash out on their bank accounts and pay tax in their countries.

For me this makes sense only in the case that tax on cryptocurrency in user country is more then 25%.Also when you transfer fiat to Western Union or any bank account most of users will still need to explain from where is money coming since tax services follow all such activities.

Bitcoin is not created to make the alligators rich, but to bypass them. The aim of Satoshi Nakamoto is to help people to remove the need of having a 3rd party group to make a direct transactions of money. Why Tax crypto? Its very volatile. So they want to tax it? Its a very bad idea.

I am of the ideological belief that taxation is theft, so I am providing this service which allows people to skip capital gains tax altogether.

No you do not have such belief! You are charging 25% which is quite higher than what I would even pay in taxes over here which is just 10%! Not mentioning the hassles of receiving my money with western union or paypal.

After reading above comments it shows that how much lack of knowledge users are having as they are not able to see that OP is Charging 25% on the TAX saved and not on the whole capital gain.

I think OP is helping others to avoid tax. That it is not good as if your country is charging tax means that your trading and all transactions are legal and you are doing legal job so it is better to pay proper tax and be a good citizen of concerned country. As what TAX you are going to pay will be used to develop the country.

'A fool and his money are soon parted'

Don't send your hard earned money to some stranger on the Interwebs just to save a few bucks.

I believe it will be easier to pay your share of taxes than have to explain why do you have an anon friend sending you so much money as gift, although I don't believe you'll see any money back. Cheesy

Just on a basic take of the law in most countries, if you actively avoid tax its even worse then 'forgetting' to pay it.  Its basically something they'll come after you with criminal charges, having someone handle the cash out for you wouldnt work as far as being legal.
It also involves a ton of trust and unfortunately you are new to the forum.  Maybe its a great idea but perhaps team up with people who regularly engage in escrow services on this forum for many years

It makes great ideological sense to refuse paying taxes.

A person should have the freedom to opt out of at least some government services. If a man is strong enough and has robust sources of income, he might be in need of absolutely 0 public services. He doesn't need the police or the army, he can protect himself.
He has private health insurance, doesn't need welfare.
He already pays for electricity, utilities and energy, that's no question.
Everything else is based on private contracts, so why should this man pay any tax whatsoever, to sponsor some vulnerable women and their unaccounted for offspring?..  which by the way is basically why ideologies like feminism have taken such strong hold in modern culture, to redistribute wealth from capable men back to the state and the ruling elite...

As for charity, donations and philanthropy, that's absolutely great, but these can already happen voluntarily independent of tax laws.

As one exception to this rule, ok we can add a few select government services that are for the universal good, like technological & medical research, and maybe military can be based on tax income. A free human being should have the right to opt out of all the rest of his tax burdens...

I am no feminist. In fact, I oppose radical feminism, but do you know that you are sounding a lot like an incredibly sexist woman hater? I have a problem with the term "capable men" and then essentially comparing it to what sounded like 'incapable women'.
So not only are you a sexist caveman. You're a bigot as well.

If someone is born poor, does that mean they instantly get classified as 'incapable women'? Do you realize you're actually responding to a cam girl's post? With a signature on? Essentially a "capable man" is earning on the back of a supposedly 'incapable (virtual) prostitute".

@OP If you take offence then you should not be online. I am not defending you, neither am I offending you. Use your third orb. Besides, I do not see the usefulness of this post. No one would trust you with so much money to save a few hundred bucks in tax only to lose it gateway fees to paypal and it's intermediaries. And people with that kind of money have other avenues to save taxes - much better than paying a cam girl.

socially domesticated "politically correct" guys like you are the foot soldiers of feminist ideology, whether you are aware of it or not...

If you can detach yourself from the emasculating social programming you incurred since birth, no doubt in a western state, and pause and reflect for about 5 minutes on the state of affairs in the modern world, you would undeniably agree that government spending is extremely skewed towards and greatly favoring women. You can even check the statistics right away; staggering majority of law enforcement and legal services are used to penalize men, to strip them of their finances and freedom with extreme prejudice. And as a taxpayer you are expected to meekly and willingly prefinance this oppressive state of affairs, where men have become de facto 2nd class citizens.

"Why" you might ask is this so, does the government and the ruling elite love women so much ? Not necessarily but history has proven time and again that women redistribute wealth back to the state very fast, for many reasons, thereby guaranteeing a functional economy, based on fast consumption and the continued exploitation of the talents, intellect and labor of men.

In fact many would argue this is one of the primary reasons that led to crypto currencies appearing on the world stage, to liberate the individual against the states and their numerous crooked, oppressive institutions.

You misread.

Let's say that a tax in a country is 25%, and someone wishes to liquidate $100,000.

I will do that for them. Now, let's say that after transfer fees and whatnot, they receive a total of $95,000. After tax, they should have received $75,000, but they are getting $95,000. Their tax savings are $20,000 and my fee will be $5,000. Is that enough for you to understand? I do not take 25% of the value, but 25% of the savings.

This is not for tax evasion. If using this service is illegal in your country, then do not use it. It is only for citizens of countries that allow this.

And for those of you posting scam warnings, shut the fuck up, go find an escrow, and then let's deal. Wink

Those in the US would be best advised to go with a professional, but obviously not until money has been lost or made as a result of converting to USD.

This is not for US citizens - they are doomed to lose most of their profit to tax.

Why as a citizen of the country you would not like your country to develop and with this types of tax evasion if it happens and if everyone  started  to do like this then how will government get revenue and the development happens in the country ?

And if you are caught you end up with a lot of trouble as well .

One girl and a handful of people looking to save on crypto gains will not bring down the government. And, this is only for people where doing so is LEGAL and thus nobody is getting into trouble for/from this.

This is not for tax evasion. If using this service is illegal in your country, then do not use it. It is only for citizens of countries that allow this.
how could you say it's not tax evasion? can you name a country that doesn't impose tax on "realized" capital gains
if there is country that say this isn't illegal, that country probably doesn't tax its citizen hence this service won't be needed

I do not take 25% of the value, but 25% of the savings.
if "someone wishes to liquidate $100,000" he doesn't have to pay tax on that but only on its capital gains
if he invested $40,000 on BTC and sold it for $100,000 later, it's only taxable on the $60,000
and if that person uses your service for saving tax on the taxable $60,000
he still has to explain where that ~$60k (minus fee etc) comes from
and eventually he will get audited and deemed as tax evader or negligent and must pay tax + fine

The $60,000 you speak of can be wired over via Western Union, Moneygram, Skrill, PayPal, cash, so on and so forth, and can also be claimed as a gift or income (if at all reported on a tax sheet). If you do not intend to use this service, please stay away. It is up to the customer to know the laws of their country, and they should only use this service if it is not illegal in their jurisdiction.
