I prefer to hold ETH for now, while its value is still rising. But I don't see any obvious reason to anticipate this value will be rising much much higher. On the contrary, if ETH indeed migrates to PoS concept, I expect it will lose a significant part of its value in the short/middle term because it requires yet another hard fork to be committed.
