look for the problem on youur side buddy! Check if you have added miner app to firewall exceptions list for example.
Cryptoforge pool working just fine for me since yesterday (tue 04.03) i think it was attacked too

I tried AAminer a while back. Hashrate was low (I think it was around 30 h/s), but that's expected. I stopped using it though because phone would heat up a lot.

Yup, it is just a joke. But none of miners enjoy it. Hope the dev will be clear enough to figure out the possible future of this coin.

I've just tried and it synced fine, so it has to be issues on your end. How long did you let it sync ?

This sis supposed to be CPU mining only but is there a possibility that some other hardware gets modified so that it could also mine Elicoin?

As for "other hardware" is concerned... as an engineer I can guarantee you that ASIC or special dedicated hardware can be made for each and every algo ever made.

I have always thought that although I lack the knowledge to verify it. Good to hear it from you. Is the only way to change the protocol after a while and make ASICs worthless if they took over control?
