Yes and there is a two type of surprise. It could be a bull run for 2019 or more bear market to which the current market price may undergo more halving. Either way is possible to happen. It will depend also in the factors that affect bitcoin market price like news. As if bitcoin can go hype to which news could burst it all if it is a positive news. Other factors like, establishment joining crypto, influence person joined crypto and etc. Bull run will surely going to happen.
