Its a big big thing for bitcoin and to all altcoins! This latest news is good for convincing the others to accept the cryptoccurencies as well, specially to those who keep on believing that bitcoin is scam due to receiving a wrong information from the others. At least what is happening now is a good show of evidence for this people to eliminate the wrong thought against bitcoin. I believe that there is another great news of success in the next to come for bitcoin.

this has always been a bit strange to me that there usually are these "big things" you can buy with bitcoin. like real estate for example! that is a lot of money and if someone has that much bitcoin they usually are not willing to give that much up at this price specially. if price was $100k maybe but not at $10k.
or maybe some people with a large sum of bitcoin may do that but there aren't that many people with a lot of bitcoin in their wallets.

It is good to know that anyone can buy a house in Britain using bitcoin. I hope someday that it will be applied all over the world. With that situation maybe the economy will be greater and many people can buy a house because many people are using bitcoin. I also hope that there are other things that bitcoin can buy someday. |

Didn't quite hear of this, but if this is anything to go by,then it is welcoming innovation and should be commended for taking this bold step.
It is good and we hope other countries in the EU can follow suit soon.

Stories like this are good news for crypto currencies but it also serves as good publicity for a company. I'm sure most would even offer a reduction on the price if paid with bitcoin. It wouldn't be like the purchaser wasn't going to spend the same amount in fiat to buy a property.

lets give the credit to the Hagan Homes of being the first construction firm to trust crypto,and hopefully more of their kind will follow thos step as this big company decide and accept bitcoin now,and maybe sooner even altcoins will be accepted as the same,this kind of news is what we need to make grow again the market,for it struggling now for almost a month from red to green,and green to red . |

And it is sad that UK left European Union, because if it had remained, chances are the purchase would be exempted from VAT, and in effect buyers would save some 20% of the house value. Hopefully this year many countries or cities that immediately legalize bitcoin and can be used for transactions directly, I hope that the use of bitcoin more massive so that one day we can easily find ATM bitcoin. |

If you come to think of it, I guess this thing about buying a house thru bitcoin is not so unusual at all. Yes it may have been given as an option in paying or buying for a house but with our current state if we have plenty of cryptos then we can buy a house as well thru converting it into acceptable currency.
