I agree. That's on the people with weak passwords or compromised accounts. If someone has a very difficult password and still gets hacked, then it's an inside job of the forum. Seen that on other sites also.

If this is the case, Is it possible to do the transaction conversation using other tool like slack or telegram so that If ever the bitcointalk was compromised then the detail of escrow transaction will never reveal to hacker and the funds will still safe to you. What do you think? I'm planning to use escrow on my future transaction here.

I have to agree here, paying $13 to support the forum is 100% reasonable. Also, I'm aware it's to ensure the integrity of our correspondence, as all messages between myself and escrow should be located on this forum so there is no confusion.
