You have not lost your money, just this year turned out to be everyone by surprise. Everyone hoped that the cryptocurrency will rise, but the market has shown that quick money will not. I suggest just to leave my Deposit alone and do nothing, when will the bullish trend we will recover to former highs, and then can either withdraw the money or continue to invest in cryptocurrency, but now with the experience that everything is unpredictable here.

it defend on your choice, keeping hold that token hope the original price would back and cover your loss, or sell it immediately before you take more loss from the fall of that token rate.

You may not by any means the only one who encountered this. Well you need to gain from this experience. Moving forward, you should look into the coin that you need to invest. I suggest to wait for market's recovery. Just hold it for the moment. Technique is perfect timing.

The price of crypto already any good sign, because some crypto was going up 1 to 3 times from the bottomed, i think the best idea is hold it for long term because we can see this crypto market still very young and we can compared between market cap of crypto with gold, that is much different ,market cap of gold is more than $ 7 trilliun alone and crypto just $230 Billion for all crypto, so crypto market has potential to be boom market.

Your experience is very similar to that of other cryptomaniacs. These people as well as you have invested enough money to get your profit but could not stop in time and return them back. now I can only wish you patience and wait for you, if this topic is still at least for you. Otherwise, you simply consume all the remaining funds and do not get anything at all. I sympathize, but these are the risks about which many here write.

There is a rule in this market. If you're a newbie, just buy Bitcoin and Ethereum and continue doing your job. And start study the market, other coins. Do not buy before study the product.

If you blindly buy coins and do not study the project, technology - then you are not only a beginner, but also a "hamster". Such participants are necessary on the crypto-currency market.

Never sell COINS when the market is low. The best decision is to buy more COINS at the lowest price to average your previous purchases. Hold until the market rises again when sell.

So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?

That's really a difficult and serious predicament to be in, and if I am in your shoes, I would say that I would first take a step back, and reassess how and why I failed in my investments. I should take note of the reasons why it happened, if there is any; the means and strategies I can do to get back what I have lost; and if I can't get it back anymore, what can I do in order to utilized what I have left to earn more than what I have lost. I think those are the questions and fields I would work on to at least make sure that the losses I have incurred won't happen again, if not, at least, I can minimize the chances of it happening again.

It is okay, everyone had done same mistakes as yours. Just wait and hold your coin, buy more coins with lower price and do the same with it. Don't overthink the mistakes you did, because it will just make you more frustrated and can't focus on your coins.

You should keep your password and wait until its price increases. Do not sell it while the market is still red because you will regret it. Just keep it until the price restores, so you can get back what you lost.

Hopefully you've learned from this experience and now can see what a "good" crypto asset looks like.  While it sucks selling at a loss, if you're more educated, then now is a great time to put money into ridiculously cheap coins.  But not everything is cheap, many coins that have tanked deserved it and will hopefully go down more

I believe that you are absolutely not alone in a similar situation. After all, with large losses actually faced many investors in the market. In this situation, the main condition is to cope with their emotions, to be able to remain calm, not to succumb to panic, the market must gradually recover.

Yes, many faced with losses and began to worry. But with time to worry, you start less and you start to listen to the mind. And he says - now in any case not time to sell. The market can recover its growth at any moment. Therefore, you need to remain patient and do not hurry to take reckless, unprofitable decisions.

I think that your situation is common in the crypto world. I will hold on to the coins if I have confidence in them. The recent price dip is due to the fuds, the market will recover once the storm is clear.

Be sure to wait a little longer, don't sell now. I am sure you will get a good profit from your investment in 0.5-1 year.

Everyone have beem fomoed at a point in time but had it been you invested on some better projects than ripple you will still be in profit by now regardless of the current situation. But I think you should hodl and quit looking at your portfolio for the main time.

This is why I don't invest more than 1K usd in just one transaction, in order to reduce risks, the good thing is that you admit your mistake and are able to learn from it.

In February, bitcoin fell in price, but it cost much more than now. It was hard at the time to believe that the cryptomarket would collapse. People who bought tokens in December, lost 70-80% of their money. I think that the fall will continue and the cryptocurrency will depreciate even more.

I really doubt that it would be wise to pull out and do something else with such losses. Be patient, wait until it's a nice time to sell everything.
