I'm one of the co-founders of a group dedicated to pooling for the presales of ICOs.
The idea is to gather small investors who cannot participate to the presale stage of ICOs on their own and pool together. By doing so, we have more power. This allows us to enter presales and negotiate bonuses for our contributors.
