I'm sure most of the vip and donator donated when bitcoin is very affordable.  Smiley  I think hundreds of  members would donate if the current price is change to realistic price. And the proceeds could be use to hardening the forum  from attacks and hacks, further advertising bitcoin and beers for our active moderators  Wink  the use of this funds is endless. And also please make it automatic that pm would not be needed in donating.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

1 - The forum doesn't need more money, it's sitting on >6000 BTC
2 - There would be new ranks, VIP and Donator stated the prices were set in BTC when they were created

Thank you.

Yeah, well, I'm gonna go build my own blockchain. With blackjack and hookers! In fact forget the blockchain.

That would be unfair to existing donators and VIPs.

Based on the replies there could be no chance that price could be change to realistic prices. I'm closing this thread now.
