It might be more interesting if you created a thread called "Worst exchange to get fiat" where we go through popular exchanges that are still being used to this day and have a horrible reputation; even if you just made the poll this and kept the discussion in thread as is. I can think of a few off the top of my head that have extraordinary amounts of complaints about them and are still receiving deposits more than hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. There are many threads discussing the exchanges they use and recommend. I might make the thread myself if I get an extra few minutes to gather my thoughts about it properly.

Localbitcoins is notoriously annoying and high-priced. I wouldn't recommend using them. There's going to be a bunch of 1-votes and 1-person suggestions for particular exchanges. Should make a rule that at least 2-3 people recommend an option before casting it in the poll.

Excellent point but I can't run two polls at once in here. Although I do see bad feedback on Yobit almost once a week as I was victim of their inability to respond to simple transaction or to reply to customer support query in 10 days or more. Making the best ones mentioned was my goal and all the bad ones get bad rep anyway.

As far for the second part of your answer. This is new post and hopefully in time we will get more and more opinion on which ones are better and do please give us your input on which one are real bad when you have time.

More and more people post here and we will be able to divide the real honest suggestions from advertising.

I often make exchanges to earn flat money, and I am happy to do it for my daily needs, I do a search for a flat fee in Vip Indonesia, and all my experiences are good.

I think the problem with a lot of the smaller exchanges is that they get overwhelmed by the amount of support required from the clients. Obviously this isn't unique to the smaller exchanges, but they especially seem to be unprepared for how hands-on running a crypto-exchange is going to be. Simple customer support goes overlooked and then the entire company begins to fall apart. The reputation starts to dwindle, then people start to pull their funds out at the first chance they get which sends the company into panic mode and causes strange decisions to be made. Exchanges are having a tough time figuring out how to operate and unfortunately it seems to be the customers and early adopters that are going to take the brunt of it. I've seen some exchanges go months without answering support tickets regarding an uncredited deposits.

It's always amusing to me when you can tell what country someone is from by the exchange they suggest. I'm going to assume you're from USA, because people from other countries tend to have trouble with CoinBase more than USA residents from what I can tell. Gemini is very popular in the USA, but you know what I will disagree with you about one thing; I've seen Gemini withdrawals pop into the bank account on the next business day. Initiated Tuesday and in the account by Wednesday, but this is not typical. I just wanted to let you know there is the possibility and that it does happen relatively frequently. Worst case I've seen from Gemini is about 3-days on a withdrawal. CoinBase tends to be more lengthy for deposits, withdrawals and verifiation.

And not really related to the theme you are writing but would like to add even some of the Chinese exchanges stopped withdrawal in USD.

I am in Nigeria i make use of https://nairaex.com/ to withdraw funds and get the funds sent in united state dollars and later converted by my  bank here in nigeria the rate of withdrawal can not be compare with that of first tear countries but it fear, within 3 or 4 days you will get your money. I therefore urge everyone in nigeria to use the company.

Cex.io is very good with fiat to crypto and crypto to Fiat but from experience, they aren't reliable and guarantee to provide such service always. I think coin base is the best with fiat conversion to crypto and vise versa

I think that the coinbase dominates in usage to exchange. relatively low cost, easy to use and also excellent security is the main reason many people choose coinbase to do the exchange.

1 year using coinbase. and even I keep some bitcoin in coinbase safely.

Hello everyone,

Do please share your experiences on best way to withdraw the money from the exchange nowadays?

Cheers!

A weeks a go I did transaction with coinbase and it is great. Coinbase is one of the good exchange if you want to covert your crypto to fiat and this platform is very good and no hazel. Also, the transaction fee is not too high like other exchange platform.

people will vote for exchanges they trade on or the biggest ones.  it's not a obvious voting. I'd choose bittrex because for me it's one of the most stable exchange for now

Coinbase and localbitcoins are my best options from the list provided because I have never been scammed when exchanging crypto to fiat and with LBC improving its KYC checks I think it will reduce the frequency of people getting scammed.

But the best should be meeting a trader inperson and of course in a public place to avoid any harm or unexpected drama.

Why you didn't put binance? For me binance is the best exchange where you can exchange money into fiat but if your country build an application that can easy convert bitcoin into fiat you don't need to find exchanger just convert your bitcoin in the mobile phone or in the application.

I think it is coinbase. Because it is easy to use, even in your phone. Not only withdraw money, you can buy crypto by depositing your money there.
other than coinbase, i think binance is good too. This exchange is no.1 in cryptocurrency exchange.

Yeah and good thing here in our country there's an app that can exchange bitcoin or eth into fiat so we never worry the exchange sites. Though sometimes I used to exchange it with USDT when I think the market will have some corrections and I always did this in binance and bittrex.

I love localbitcoins for its ability to connect the seller and the buyer, set and choose the price of exchanges and territorial accessibility. I hope that soon we will see cards for quick exchange with minimal commissions.
