JohnCar got a few extra days to respond to the letter he received from Joerii but I doubt if he will.

John didn't pick up the letter I've sent him so far. Not really surprised at the cowardice anymore.

I'll post John and Mike's full name and addresses tomorrow. I'm also going to report them to the FBI's cybercrime unit and Attorney General's Office's in the state of Florida and Nevada.

I've kinda said goodbye to the 12 BTC that they owe me, but I'll definitely sue them if someone wants to work for me on a "no cure, no pay" - basis.

The thing is ; posting his personal info to warn others of his criminal negligence is not illegal. I'm purely sticking to the facts. He owns PhenixEx, we've sent the coins there and we're not getting them back. How and why is HIS problem, if this would happen to anyone with a sense of pride or ethics that person would pay them back out of his own pocket if need be.

Its only slander when you prove its not true.  At this point, your relationship with Mike as a partner makes you guilty by association.  Furthered by the fact you have no interest in helping anyone get their coins back from your partner.  Distancing yourself from the scammer after the fact doesn't make you clean.

Give the coins back or people will sue you. People have documented evidence all it takes is for one person in the US. Everyone else will back them up, operating a service like this and then running away is not at option.

There wasn't any contact to begin with so what are you talking about. And don't make a fool of yourself with your so called lawyers. If you couldnt even pay an extra coder and got arrested for those crimes you wont be even able to pay any civil legal fees at all to have even 1 lawyer. You stated clearly that mike worked for you so you are responsible.
