Somehow i thought situation is pretty clear-Atlas is company behind Access Connections,basically they are pushing Atlas project to another level by introducing blockchain technology while maintaining network of agents and users they have in Senegal and Ghana.

Yes, i see but whether these 5 million coins allocated to people those who have highest referrals but company should check there are many people using the Bots in order to get referrals and it is adviced to team check twice before distribution?

Sure, all of the projects here want to spread the use of crypto. However, they have a unique situation as they are doing this in a region that is in a problematic financial situation so implementing crypto could be a good thing for the local users.
