How do you get them. I have a couple of GPU but it seems that DEV can be taken only by merged mining with BTC, who idiot will mine BTC with GPU now? Is there other way to mine DEV?

You can mine with ASICs too y'know, not jut GPUs. But being an author seems to be where the big money is nowadays.
