Payment Method: Deposit on ETH address
Proof of Payment:  https://etherscan.io/tx/0x2806ba15599e067159f0270907bdcd8310a7dec3e967783b529b727d4e696ec0
Yobit WD tx error: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa5042a911ae7855336ac5c50bec861e727b0020c345a574b767aeadccee809c3

PM/Chat Logs:

I opened five tickets support, none of them received a single answer.

Do not use yobit scam, all their liquids markets are available on more reliable exchanges w/ even low market fees. If you use it to flip low cap coins, change to decentralized exchanges and ETH pairs, wich are more exciting in terms of ROI and will never hold your coins. Beware that YOBIT can EXIT SCAM at any time because no ones know info about them.

Well, there are hundred reports like yours on this forum about yobit, I cant blame you since there are one of the worst support in crypto service. But mostly they will respond just always get in touch to them and maybe sending PM to its account on this forum can help https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594

170+ days and running. You are on your way to breaking records here, although there are a few here who submitted tickets a year or two ago and were ignored up until the exchange was seized by the authorities (but that’s another sad story).

With Yobit there will be no expedited service. No fast track support system to resolve the hundreds of complaints and scam accusations posted on this forum. Incredibly they are still alive and well. No downward spike in profits and user registrations. People simply keep signing up and sending coins to their hot wallets, oblivious to the many negative feedback about this exchange. Yobit is like a licensed-to-operate scam.

Don’t put too much hope for recovering any coins. It’s better to be realistic and future-minded. Hoping too much, only to be disappointed later, will hurt much more.

Not gonna help. Their account used to be decently active on bitcointalk when their signature campaign was one of the largest campaigns on bitcointalk, but even then when they were pretty much online 24/7 they did not reply to any inquiries through their forum account.

Apparently, the transfer failed and happened 170 days ago. Which means that they've ignored your requests for almost half a year already. I doubt they will all of a sudden respond to you.

Sorry that this happend to you and 2k MGO is like $1k, not a small amount.

Yobit is not a safe exchange to use right now, can't stress that enough honestly.

They won't last much, DEX are becoming a thing and all their liquids markets are available on better exchanges.

Not just because of DEX's becoming a thing. Their competitors are starting to do a much better job than they are and there is frankly nothing to do on their exchange any more. Plus it is common knowledge that their exchange is a complete shit hole.

The number of issues that yobit is having is astounding, it's almost crazy. Never seen before numbers of complaints for an exchange.

Would not surprise me if they are forced to close down due to liquidity issues or issues paying their shady investbox venture. Which is why they are constantly holding funds and ignoring support tickets, to potentially gain time for themselves to repay other people's debts owed by them.

Can't see yobit surviving much longer, even if it does activity will be centralized on telegram pump and dump groups with no real trading going on, more like a gambling platform.

I have a small amount on Yobit. Should I be worried? It's only below $1,000 worth of coins.
I have nothing against yobit, but I would not recommend use it at the moment. They are silent about massive tickets support delays and are adding many useless Bitcoin forks just to gather a last wave of altcoin noob traders before they know of yobit shady business behavior. As i pointed out you have better exchanges for all their liquids markets, and I would suggest you to change to ethereum DEX for trading low marketcaps coins as they offer better ROI and it wont hold your coins. 0% security risk unless something stupid happens.

Also w/ this low amount they won't give you much attention if you manage to have problems there, even simple ones.

If your amount of money was very high I would recommend that you hire a lawyer and report your case to the police, man I see many people who have lost a lot of money in the exchange and these people do not hire a lawyer and do not even report the case in the police, people that live in europe, united states and even in the philippines or india, have competent police and the means to investigate crimes committed on the internet and I believe that in your police has cybercrime department, so why not use this option? If many people hire lawyer and report their cases to the police, then these exchanges will have more respect with their clients.

These exchanges ignore support tickets because they know that no one will report to the police, ie they know they have gone unpunished

They still hold over 34k MGO in the same sending address: https://etherscan.io/address/0x305b66b0e7f5acd98e9177a6499ea7dff68fa320.

Clearly this was on their end. There was nothing that you could have done wrong since they are the senders. Obviously, as they are yobit, they have been ignoring your support requests. Absolutely horrendous behaviour. Probably closer to 6 months wait as well, with no sign of progress.

Not exactly sure if that is a reliable source of information. I mean the news hasn't spread very far and there are questions to be asked about whether this man is actually connected to yobit or not. But with its investbox feature and lack of support altogether, as well as evasive procedures in terms of regulation, it could definietly be a product of a former con artist.
