I set up this topic to consult on investment and keep within 1 year!
My current investment list is as follows:
+ (Low risk) 45% of total investment to buy coin marketcap top 10 (BTC, ETH, NEO...)
+ (Medium risk) 35% of total investment to buy coin marketcap from 10 to 70 (XVG, NANO, ICX, PIVX...)
- (High risk) 15% of total investment to buy coin marketcap from 70 to 300 (INS, PRL, GTC...)
- (most risky) 5% of total investment to buy coin marketcap from 300 to 1000 (SPF, ESP, ZOIN... )

20% on high risk - very risky projects is quite much. To be honest I'd take 5% and put it into one of the best ICO's you can find. Probably less risky than your current portfolio setup. As long as you are patient you will make money anyway. Even the low risks will rise atleast 100% a year.

Don't invest recklessly: Bitcoin and other currencies are not a place to achieve dreams or quick profit "like the price will go to 100,000$".
Investing more than you can afford to lose. Bitcoin is HIGHLY, HIGHLY speculative. No investment advisor would tell you to put all of your life savings into MSFT or whatever, and MSFT has a market cap 4x larger than Bitcoin[1]

I will invest only 30% of my extra income in:
40% Bitcoin - 30% eth - 10$ Litecoin - 10% Monero - 10% tokens

I think your setup is okay but you need to decrease your percentage on low and medium risk investments at least 5% each, then allocate it into investing onto other coins(ICO's) which have a lot of potential for success. They are the ones who is very likely to give you 10X or X100 return but to be on the safe side, also invest in your planned diversification of your capital. Just be sure to sell on time and don't hold a coin for too long. As soon as you see a good exit point, remember to sell at least a percent or more.

Your portfolio is ok, I have nothing to add or take. Your risk is fine too. I play riskier than you sometimes, but that is compensated with constant crypto growth.
If you chose well you don't need to be afraid of or you already calculated that risk which is fine too.

Not bad, 10x will be a big challenge with 45% in low risk though, 100x won't happen on this profile.

The 45% low risk won't do better than 5x with the combined coins you have, NEO may do 5 value but Eth won't, BTC will possibly do 3-5x value
I would say all up maybe 3-5x on your 45%, the rest of your portfolio may do 5-10x but I wouldn't be too sure, could go the other way

So all up that would be some where between 4-7x.

Most of us get it wrong when predicting though, even more so at the year start, we don't know what's ahead but I can say if you get 10x on this it's been a hell of a good year.

If you time it right, sell out back to BTC at market peaks and buy back in at dips you'll better 10x, but just holding 12 months won't get you the returns you dream of

There's a lot of cheap coins in the market that has a bright future and low risk. Go for the top and well known coins that are available in the market. And I don't think that INS should be in the high risk part.

I think your portfolio is just fine. I really like how you have a decent % in XVG. I firmly believe it will go up sometime this year and surprise everyone. With all the taxation and banning going on, the privacy coins should see a good increase in price.

I think 60% of your portfolio should be in Bitcoin and Ethereum, if you have high taste for risk you can add NEO and ICON to it, I still believe 40% in ICOs and Altcoins should be okay, because time have shown over and over again that one can't trust most of these Altcoins to perform long time

My advise: buy Axpire, Ethos and Oyster Pearl. These coins are my top picks for 2018.
Axpire is under presale price but they already got some of there dev. goals reached. They got a big and great team + advisors and they are already a working company in this field. they just add blockchain into their buisness. They will not change the world but they can be a "small" SAP competitor.

Ethos will release their all in one wallet and marketplattform in march. Fiat gateway coming soon too. They want to make cryptos useable for everyone. Like a Amazon for cryptos + they give you a wallet where you can store many many many coins without saving your privatekeys. They will bring cryptos to the masses.

Oyster Pearl: IOTA + Ethereum tech. what shall i say more? 1:1 Airdrop coming soon in April. I expect x2-5 until this and much more until December.

Solid big volume cryptos are the best investment to be honest, but if one is interested in huge profits with small investments then i recommend low cap coins that are cheap too, they can go big in few months, some examples include telcoin, babb, snov, bitclave, atl etc.

Modum is a coin that will go x10 in 2018! They have a great team and a great project that is working very hard. It already dipped a little bit and I think it is a good tie to buy a little bit. I am still buying all the dips and if it will drop more, I will buy more!

Yeah thats true, they can make great gains, but dont put to much money in them.. or only money you are able to loose!
