Well, once Eligma goes live it will enable different features and since we would like to incorporate social component as well, we are also thinking to ensure the possibility of internal exchange of ELI tokens, meaning that one user could share or transfer their ELIs with others if desired so. Fees will be charged only if any costs would occur for Eligma doing so.

What is the user verification system in Eligma? What procedures do you need to complete and how much time does it take?

In case you mean the whitelisting system for Eligma token sale, we use standardized KYC procedure. You need to provide us with basic personal data (name, residency, DOB, place of birth, ID document data, photo of your ID, photo of your utility bill and a specific selfie). The procedure should not take more than a few minutes. After you submit your KYC application, it will normally take up to 48 hours to process your KYC application.

Exactly, and in addition to US, also citizens, nationals and any persons residing in Canada, China, Singapore and South Korea cannot participate in ELI token sale events.
