I saw a huge support for this project during the token sale stage due to the technology and the team behind the project. Most review sites gave it a 4.5+/5.0 ratings https://icobench.com/ico/eligma.  How did it not make it to half the hard cap? https://icodrops.com/eligma

Well most heavy investors wait for token to be listed in a major exchange before investing. I do hope Eligma team lists the coin in a decent exchange; at least Kukoin will be a good start before Binance or Bittrex
