Lol. Go stuck a duck. Do you really think Litecoin can and will replace Bitcoin. If you do then I pity you. Bitcoin being replaced by Litecoin is quite amusing a notion to ponder. first of all, not many people know about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is, however, becoming more famous as the days go by. Now if barely anyone knows about Bitcoin, .how do you expect someone to know about Litecoin. Moreover, is Litecoin a copy of Bitcoin, with some random change which I forgot, yet Bitcoin war its predecessor and it will always be its predecessor. Being the more established and reliable cryptocurrency, I don't Bitcoin will be replaced by anything in the near future.

Wow how did you come up with such idea? I know Facebook is interested in crypto but they are thinking about creating their own token if I'm not mistaken, so why are you saying that they will buy litecoin? Right now bitcoin dominance is increasing and I think it will continue to increase at least until it reaches 45% or 50% again. People were all around ICOS and altcoins, but now they know that some projects are simply not worth it, and will go back to the most stable ones, like bitcoin, and ethereum, etc.

Litecoin is just an altcoin and i would not be worry about it, the best is alwayse bitcoin better to keep your bitcoin safe , it could be that bitcoin in 2018 will hit new record price!

I am still going to support bitcoin to the very end. But sometimes I should be realistic rather than optimistic. Well, I don't think litecoin would ever possibly cross bitcoin. As we know, bitcoin is the most known cryptocurrency with the highest value. Most people come to know about other cryptocurrencies through bitcoin as well. It has a huge popularity which is pretty hard to beat. There are a lot of people who just invest in bitcoin and the number of people investing in altcoins such as litecoin is lower. So, I don't think bitcoin would ever lose it's dominance.

Yeah ICO has basically destroy the image of altcoins and people are now mostly interested in Bitcoins. Bitcoins dominance clearly shows this trend now. I think there are some very good altcoins too like NEO which have great potential but people are showing faith in bitcoin only at this moment. Also they have rejected the hardforks of BTC and stick only with real Bitcoin.

Bitcoin perform such great things from the past years until what it is now. Bitcoin dominance in the market place couldn't replaceable. Only bitcoin can do what it's full role in the crypto world. Yes it is and that will be happen forever the progress is still there and it will continue for a life time. The cryptocurrencies equivalent is still in progress to keep in the high percentage because bitcoin now a days is in demand and the people wanted to hit the highest percentage of bitcoin has. LOL. Dream on man, hahahaha. Sure, Litecoin is really a great altcoin and really does have a great concept together with its hard working and skilled developers, I'll give it that. But the thing is, bitcoin's is just too big for litecoin to even get close at. And we all know how far litecoin is from bitcoin in terms of popularity. Heck, I don't even think that litecoin will be able to catch up to ethereum, let alone bitcoin. Just try to ask random people what crypto currency pulled them in to the crypto world. The number of answers you will get might be enough to wake you up. lol.

With the current status of things, I believe bitcoin will continue to be dominant over all other coins for a very long time. Most of those that ventured into cryptocurrency did it because of bitcoin. This is the reason bitcoin has a very high market cap.
Ethereum is the second best coin and it's  not even up to a thousand dollar while the price of bitcoin is over $10000. That is very large difference and will take a lot of effort and time on the part of Ethereum to fill this gap.
If it will take Ethereum all these to achieve what bitcoin has achieved, I doubt if litecoin even has a chance to beat bitcoin.
