I dont think this is related to cryptocurrency market. Alibaba using blockchain technology and its like banks adopting blockchain technology for their security. But i think its good for blockchain adoption because it will make their service more transparant and hopely they will accepting cryptocurrency for payment

Although Alibaba has been trying to embrace crypto, they can't do it at all, because they are in China, so they have to be cautious. They give up all attempts at crypto, only develop blockchain technology, just blockchain,no crypto.
