I can not see my bitcoins in my armory wallet!!

Please help me! I tried every way, I read every topis in this forum but nothing works!!! In the adress below I could see my bitcoin transfer got confirmed. I wanted to send my bitcoins to armory to make them safer from another mobile software. But now I can not see my bitcoins in my balance. I installed armory another pc. I imported printed sheet backup nothing happened. I imported watch-only nothing happened. I tried to restart armory thousands of times rescan databases unconfirmed balances etc. Nothing happens and armory guys wont even bother to get my email. I shouldnt be this much hard to get my coins from blockchain. I will get rid of this bug-filled software after I can get my bitcoins. I will transfer them to another software. Armory is sh*t to me. Is there any way I can get my coins transferred to another address if not to my armory wallet? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

What does it say after "Current number of blocks" on Bitcoin Core?

You can always start Armory offline and obtain your private keys in order to import them into another wallet software.

Given you've attempted to "email the Armory guys"... and on the ACTUAL armory website it says:

There is no official Armory email address. The easiest way to contact the developers is to use Bitcointalk.org or the IRC channel.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that:

1. You used the OLD armory website: https://www.bitcoinarmory.com/ <- DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, this company no longer exists or maintains Armory
2. You are using an OLD version of armory from the OLD website (most likely 0.96)
3. You also don't mentioned Bitcoin Core, so I'm assuming you don't have this installed either


To fix your problems, I would suggest:

1. Make sure you have Bitcoin Core installed
2. Make sure that Bitcoin Core is FULLY synced
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Armory from here: https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory/releases/tag/v0.96.3.992

You'll get a list of all your addresses and private keys. Simply find the private key which matches your address (1Epjs9ojw8cPYqyntfWZDxUEpuZf3r29um) and you can then use it to import or sweep the coins into the wallet of your choice.
