ASIC block eruptor blade problems with power component.

I have a blade with the network component and asic board working but the component that recieves power is not. I tested it with other components. The board is getting power to the blade below ... any advice on diagnosing or tips with common\known problems? Any help would be awesome.

I'm not exactly sure what you're saying here, you have a blade that is working but not receiving power? How is that possible? Are you saying that it is powered but not hashing?  Do you see this in the web interface: Chip: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ?

If it has a bunch of x there, instead of O, typically the issue is that your power supply is not good enough or the way that you've wired is not providing sufficient voltage to power all the chips.

allow me to clarify. I used a multimeter to test the voltage on the power component by connecting the neg to the neg input (@molex) and then the pos on the voltage adjustment screws. All have approx 1.05v as they should. Beyond that the device doesnt seem to work. no lights, no network activity of any kind. I swapped the network card and the "blade" around and determined that the network card functions and so does the blade, the power does not.
