Searching for good ICOs can be a part time or full time job.  So can the bounty process.  Since the bounty payouts are smaller, if you have the funds to invest I would say investing can give you a larger bang for your buck.  Also you could do a combination as well of both investing and participating in the bounty programs as well.

No need to choose between the two. If you have time and money, you can do both of them. Investing and promoting an ICO by means of bounty is the most productive way of earning.    I participate in bounty campaigns, here on forum I wear signature,
and I am active on Twitter so I participate in Twitter bounty campaigns.
   On other side investing is something different. I think we should invest
in projects we have faith.
