At the moment there is a grey area regarding security tokens. We cannot give anyone guarantees about how every country in the world will handle this so take care. We think security tokens and tokens with an actual running business are the future, how about you?

Token holders will get a share of the company profits. 20% of dividends are paid in ETH proportionally to all SMARC tokens that are in circulation at the time of the payout. This will occur once a year around mid-March.
