Me with some of the container of SMARC. A real company with great products, based in Zürich/Switzerland! Are these working prototypes or just dummy containers to show how they would look? Have you already tested them under real work conditions? As far as I know, the products or the tools are already being used for transportation. The ICO is meant for expansion and not a start-up operation. Actually I often wonder how will they integrate the token holders with the long-time stock holders of the parent company. You are right! Smart containers is up and running, this token sale is to raise funds and expand. 20% of the ICO costs are for aligning the interests of the Smart Containers management. and/or involved third or auxiliary persons with proof of identity, information about the source of
funds and other documentation or other information that Smart Containers may require
from time to time in connection with the Smart Containers’s obligations under, and in
compliance with, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money
laundering legislation and regulations. Such cooperation includes your willingness to be
subject to a full identification according to Swiss Anti Money Laundering laws, especially a
video and online identification procedure according to the Circular 2016/7 of the Swiss
Financial Market Supervisory Authority.
