I am raffle'ing off a tablet, looking for someone extremely trusted to hold all the btc for the tickets, until winner receives their tablet.

Willing to pay the escrow person 10% if raffle sells out completely, but if does not sell out, not able to offer payment to escrow-er.  This means if raffle sells out, escrow person receives .1 btc for holding funds.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I could escrow for free, but of course I don't have that much trust.
So, if you need me to escrow, I could do it for no fees, if you get better escrows, go with them Smiley
