Looking for trusted person to hold funds for my raffle

I am raffle'ing off a tablet, looking for someone extremely trusted to hold all the btc for the tickets, until winner receives their tablet.

Willing to pay the escrow person 10% if raffle sells out completely, but if does not sell out, not able to offer payment to escrow-er. This means if raffle sells out, escrow person receives .1 btc for holding funds.

I could escrow for free, but of course I don't have that much trust.
So, if you need me to escrow, I could do it for no fees, if you get better escrows, go with them
